Our Facility . . .

Based on Dunsinane Avenue in Dundee, our facility covers 100,000 sq. ft. incorporating not just production space but also the largest contract showroom in Scotland.

To ensure we stay at the forefront of manufacturing, recent years have seen major investment in modern plant and equipment. This investment includes the purchase of a Selco SK4 beam saw and an ITALPRESSE V8 automatic through-feed press.

Our facility brings together the traditional skills of our craftsmen with state-of-the-art plant and equipment, ensuring we can manufacture an extensive range of products to meet the requirements of our clients.

During your visit you will be able to view our machine shop where the start of manufacturing of doors and furniture take place. As products begin to take shape you can see CNC’s at work, cutting amongst other things, apertures, cam joints and hinges. For veneered and laminated doors our new for 2017 press comes into play automatically feeding, gluing and pressing to ensure a high standard of finish is achieved. The assembly benches are where our craftsman complete the of doors and furniture, working closely with both the polishing and sanding departments to achieve the highest standard of finish.

Within our bedding department you will see our handmade mattresses & bed bases being manufactured, not just too standard sizes but also to clients own sizes. With a manufacturing time of just 40 minutes you may well see a mattress be started and ready for despatch during your visit.

The final steps towards completing your project are the protective wrappings we use to ensure our warehouse team and drivers are able to load and delivery your products with no damage.
